1 tomato
½ capsicum (green/yellow/red) either one or all of them
A variety of veggies and sprouts could be added
1 tsp minced coriander leaves
1 green chilly
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
¼ tsp of chilli/jeera powder
Cut all vegetables very fine and mix all the ingredients.
